Affordable, Huge, Ocean front Villa with Spectacular Sunsets

Large, affordable Sunsetvilla on Eleuthera Island provides over 3000 square feet of tastefully furnished living space with all the amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. We have cable television, and high speed wireless internet along with all of life's modern conveniences including dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, waffle iron, microwave, clothes iron, washer/dryer, 2 A/C zones, and 3 outside decks, including a large screened porch on which to relax and enjoy the spectacular views.

Our secluded, ocean front, almost 1-acre site with resident hummingbirds has been graciously landscaped and has mature palms, casuarina trees, oleander, jasmine, orchids, and other vibrantly colored tropical plants.

The villa's large rooms are tastefully furnished to provide both casual comfort. The huge, airy, brightly lit great room has 12-foot ceilings, two expansive seating areas, and a large dining area seating up to 10. In case anyone ever gets tired of looking at the reflecting lights on the ever changing turquoise sea, or at the spectacular sunsets, the great room includes a TV, a DVD player, audio equipment, a built in custom bar, and a variety of reading materials and board games. Five sets of double glass doors in the great room and the two huge bedrooms lead to wide brand new decks which run the length of the house and overlook the Caribbean. Part of the deck offers a large covered screened room for those who prefer the shade. Two of the bedrooms have ocean-view decks. Another bedroom's balcony overlooks the garden.

There are generous sleeping arrangements for up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The 3 bedrooms include: expansive ocean front master bedroom with a king and a single bed. Its ensuite bathroom has a huge double shower, his and hers sinks, and a separate, private powder room. The largest bedroom has a 1 king and 1 queen bed. The third bed room has a queen bed. At no additional charge, on the lower floor, we offer a fourth bonus bedroom with an en suite bathroom that has a bunk bed with double bed below and a single bed above.

Multiple great room couches and love seats are favorite napping locations for children and adults alike.
Kitchen is beautifully tiled and fully equipped with all the dishware and cooking utensils anyone would want, including microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, as well as the refrigerator and stove.

There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer.
