Dandy Villas are pleased to present you their new accommodation, Dandy Villa Ioannina, in the historic center of the city.

We start the tour from the ground floor: here you will find the living room with a corner sofa bed, for hours of relaxation, tranquility but also the place where all the guests of the house can share precious family moments. In the same space, on the ground floor, there is the kitchen, which is fully equipped, a small dining room and a bathroom with a special bathtub. All a bit petit, but, at the same time, highly functional.

We are still on the ground floor where you will see in front of you the internal staircase which leads you to the rooms on the upper floor.

Upstairs, on the 1st floor of the house, is the bedroom and a cute room for our little friends and not only, as well as one WC. Ideal for the independent, individual.

In the bedroom there is a double bed and a sideboard to arrange your things while in the smaller room there is a bunk bed. The space is available both for a few days and longer stay for professionals, remote workers, etc

Dandy Villas Ioannina is located just 2-minute walking from Ioannina’s castle, bars, restaurants, taverns, traditional shops and pastry shops. And just 5 minutes to the famous, wonderful lake of Ioannina, Pamvotida. Here every moment of the day, morning - evening, winter or summer, the images are unique. The scenery, the atmosphere, the "air", everything is like a movie set.

We definitely believe that the biggest advantage of the house is its location, not even a second from the center, where everything starts every day and ends at the same time: The movement, the interaction, the music, the joy, the laughter, the alisverisi.
