Welcome to Mandy’s Cottage, a charming three-bedroom beach house just 200 metres from both Main Beach and Horseshoe Bay—making it one of the closest freestanding homes to the beach in South West Rocks. While most nearby accommodations are units or apartments, this private cottage offers the space and comfort of a standalone home, perfect for families and couples alike.

Step out your front door and you’re moments from the sand, scenic bike paths, and the newly upgraded park with fantastic play equipment for the kids. A short stroll brings you to local cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops—everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape is right here.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and breezy open-plan living area with modern dĂ©cor, a ceiling fan, LCD TV, DVD player, and Foxtel for your entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) flows onto a spacious deck, ideal for relaxed BBQs while the kids or pups play in the fully fenced backyard.

The Bad# I want to rate this 5 stars and possibly will in future but for this stay- several windows didn't have locks, They simply slid open which is a worry for belongings and overall safety. Secondly the parking was a pain due to the public blocking the driveway due to poor council signage and no painted markings on the rd. The owner should be approaching council for a solution as we cancelled two outings due to not being able to drive anywhere. Positive# Location was tops, The older style property was very satisfactory and clean and neat. The options for your pet was fantastic and I would recommend it.

South west rocks great place to stay

Convent to everything, my only downside was no internet, in this day and age we must have internet. Also I would hate to be in that place without air conditioning in summer, does need some updating.
