The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. I loved that the beach and pool were very close to the rooms and that chairs, umbrellas and towels were all included. The beach and view were beautiful and the snack bar near the pool was good for drinks or a quick lunch. We would definitely return.

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and towels. We ended the day with time at the pool. We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday and this was top notch. We ate at the restaurant and drinks at the bar. All we needed for a perfect weekend getaway

Check in & out was super simple. Registration staff & grounds people were very friendly & helpful. The rooms that we booked were very clean and very big. The grounds & the beach were lovely although it was a bit chilly on the weekend we stayed. Skippers restaurant right down the road had amazing seafood! About an hour drive to Provincetown for Dolphin Whale Watch - well worth the trip. We would definitely stay at Blue Water Resort again!

The Blue Water Resort is right on the beach in South Yarmouth, MA. It is located near many of Cape Cod’s most enjoyable attractions. The Blue Water staff was friendly help and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The place has a restaurant and a bar and there are lots of other wonderful restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and had one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we’ll return to the Blue Water soon!

Great place- excellent views/ocean access, helpful staff, clean. Did not like being charged $25/ night to park and find out when you arrive. It was not crowded, parking charges seem unfair. That added an additional $75 to our bill

Room was nice we had an ocean view room but it wasn't as close as I had hoped but it was still facing the ocean. We didn't use the pool or the beach it was to cold and windy. The restaurants didn't really Ave full menus but we found something to eat. You can use the next door resort which is owned by the same owner.

I was under the impression that my room would have some type of view, but it didn’t. Plus the $25 a NIGHT was completely unnecessary, considering the hotel was only semi full. And free parking is mentioned in their ad.
