The location is nice as it's right next to the beach. Check-in person was super friendly. The rooms are decent, however, The actual cleanliness and upkeep can be greatly improved. The showerhead is broken with some of the silicone from the jets no longer attached. Which makes the shower pretty useless. I informed the front desk she wrote something down and I haven't heard anything yet after a day of letting them know. The walls are really thin and you can hear conversations as well as "other things" from a couple rooms over. The bedding is pretty gross as there is some crusty "crud" on the spare blankets which can only be some sort of bodily fluid. I don't want to know which bodily fluid that it is. I also informed the front desk again wrote it down but nothing has happened yet. The Pool and "hot tub" are decent as it overlooks the water. The hot tub barely had any jets when operating. This place is also apparently a time share, I had some sketchy dude approach me trying to sell me. Honestly for how outdated this place is it's not really worth the time to listen to his sales pitch. This place was fine for a weekend but I definitely wouldn't want to spend a whole week here.

very well laid out room perfect for me as a single guest on a work trip or a larger family with fireplace, balcony, fridge, microwave dishes, usb ports, a comfy bench seat in the dining area. lots of storage for a longer stay.

A nice stay overall

Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Great location. Kids enjoyed the pool. Outside of the room, parts of the property are a bit dated (eg, hallway carpets). Also, the water for a shower took a long time to become even luke-warm. Would recommend.
