Beach view was fair Sliding door in room was broken and didn't work safely Parking it awkward as all spaces face toward the water so when turning around to leave spacing is tight. Workout room was fair - stuffy, not so clean, ... Bedding was fair - no bedspread.

Super comfortable bed in a clean cozy well stocked room. Loved the outdoor areas. Beach view was great. Check in and out was fast and friendly. Only suggestion is a chair on the balcony and loungers on the beach.

They have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub that overlooks Smugglers beach. Hotel is somewhat dated but still very clean and maintained. It was after the busy season so very quiet and was to able to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Everybody was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

No elevator on the second floor my daughter has crutches and I have a cane would not go back there again nice hot tub and pool was able to watch the sunset yesterday which was nice

Disappointed in South Yarmouth

The whole first day of our stay was awful as we had the room #1 and right outside of the room, construction was going on and the noise never stopped all day. I came there to rest and relax and there was none of that the first day. The second day was better as the noise was much less. The room was beautiful but the noise was awful. I thought they might have taken some money off our stay because of this but no way. I don't know if I will ever stay here again but believe me, I will ask if there is construction going on first.
