The Space:
Head down to the Upper Cape for your new favorite vacation spot. With three separate dwellings, a hot tub, entertainment space and more, you’re going to have the best vacation ever, just Wave n’ Sea! Enter through the bright blue front door into the beautiful living room of this stunning two-story home. The living room houses a built-in fireplace, wall mounted TV and gorgeous artwork. You'll immediately notice nautical themes throughout the home, including the extremely unique ship rope bannister on the stairs leading to the second floor.

The kitchen has a beautiful center island with plenty of seating at the breakfast bar, a beautiful backsplash, and access to the home’s backyard and patio. Off of the kitchen there is a mud room with a side entrance to the home, where you'll also find a bar and coffee/ tea preparation station, as well as a great place to store all of your beach towels and shoes after coming in from a day on the water.

Stepping off of the dining room through the sliding glass doors, exit out onto a gorgeous back patio with outdoor dining options, seating in the shade under the pergola with a swinging bench hung next to the hot tub. A swing set in the grass yard as well as bar games complete this outdoor fun zone. Step through the back fence to get to the guest home and entertainment space above the garage.

Back inside is the primary bedroom suite, with king size bed and an en suite full bathroom. This bathroom will make you feel like you’re on a spa-day get-away, with stand-alone tub, double vanities, makeup station, and sauna shower. Head upstairs, where you'll find an additional seating area with wall mounted TV to your right, and an outdoor deck with two chaise lounge chairs straight ahead. Past the seating area, you'll find a bedroom to your left with a queen size bed and TV. A bedroom suite with a queen bed and additional kids bedroom with bunk bed and full bed complete the sleeping arrangements in the main house. You will also find an additional bathroom with a sauna shower upstairs, as well.

A guest home provides an extra layer of privacy on your vacation. You'll enter this cozy space and immediately notice the beautiful decor in the living room. Straight ahead, a dining nook is adjacent to the kitchenette. To the right of the living room and front door is the home's first bedroom, with stunning wave wallpaper and queen size bed.
