The Space:

The apartment offers one bedroom with two beds, plus additional sleeping for up to four in total, making it a comfortable base for a small family or two couples travelling together.



The kitchen is set up for proper self-catering with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, baking sheet and a full set of crockery and silverware. The dining table gives everyone a place to sit and eat together.



All bed linen, extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a hair dryer, body soap, conditioner and the everyday essentials. Board games add a relaxed evening option for families.



Coin-operated laundry is available in the building — handy for longer stays or families travelling with children. An iron, clothing storage and hangers are in the apartment.



Safety equipment includes a carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.



Please note: there is no on-site parking. Paid parking is available nearby at around £11 per 12 hours based on recent guest experience. In summer months the apartment can feel warm; portable fans are provided but there is no air conditioning.



Pets are welcome. Long-term stays are accepted.

The building has lift access and a private apartment entrance. Car parking nearby is paid; guests should budget approximately £11 per 12-hour period. There is no free on-site parking.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is centrally placed on London Road in Southampton, within walking distance of the Mayflower Theatre and Southampton Guildhall. Ocean Village and the waterfront are a short drive or longer walk away, and the cruise terminal is roughly 2.8 km from the front door. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are all close by.



Getting Around:

Southampton Central station is within comfortable walking distance with frequent trains to London Waterloo taking around 80 minutes. Bus routes along London Road connect to wider city stops. Drivers can pick up the M3 or M27 for travel across Hampshire and beyond.
