Wish I could rate it better. The room was VERY small and it was quite warm and uncomfortable to sleep in. We turned on the A/C unit and it never worked but made a rumbling sound all night. We opened the windows to get some air but then we heard trucks - there was no screens in the windows. We did have a lovely new of the trash receptacles from the window. The shower did have great water pressure but we only had 1 towel each and no hand or wash clothes at all. The bed was fairly comfortable though! There was no phone in the room to call down for anything.

Room is very stuffy. There is no conditioning whatsoever although the conditioner cranked loudly all night. (There is an electric fan provided which speaks for itself). The bathroom is also very run down and lacking in cleanliness.
