Great spot, especially for cruise port. My only complain is they do not take cash. Everything was by credit card. Otherwise everything was great.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Convenient and adequate
Very convenient for purposes of visit
Aircon not functioning properly - wouldn’t cool the room to the temperature it was set to and switched off every couple of hours meaning we had to get up to turn it back on.
Shower pump was very noisy - clearly faulty - and likely to have disturbed other guests.
Room overall felt tired.
Hotel was nice but our air conditioning wasn’t working. We had the windows open and being a city hotel it was noisy outside. We did go to reception and they said they would send someone up, they never came. Apart from that everything else was good.
I paid for a Holiday Inn type accommodation and that's what I got. Staff were super lovely and helpful and the breakfast options varied. But I got what I paid for and was content.
Check in was very slow. Only one person doing check-in. Raised an issue with front desk staff regarding the air condition being broken. I was told someone would be up shortly to fix it. After more than an hour I went back to the front desk where the man who was now on the front desk lied to my face about it being fixed. When called out, no apology that he had lied. We ended up with a room change.
Check in was fine and staff was helpful then. Once in the room the a/c was not working the room was very hot. Staff brushed us off a few times saying they had “reset” the system. A/C never worked, the room was a hot box.
