Sis's Cottage has it all!!! We are Downtown! Approx 500 feet to Franklin Square Park and Dry Street Pizza. Quiet Middle Street, Light traffic. You are literally 1 block to Downtown Southport!

Sis's cottage is a charming, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 full baths in the historical district of beautiful Southport NC. The house has an open floor plan with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to dine in if you choose. The cottage is located one block from the main downtown area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and inter coastal waterways. Lots of parking. Can accommodate up to 6 cars or 4 cars and fishing boat and trailer. You can sit on the front porch swing or rocking chairs and listen to bands on Thursday night when playing in Franklin Square Park. The cottage will accommodate 5 people. Master queen bedroom downstairs with full bath. Upstairs
has queen bed and also a twin bed with trundle with full bath. Includes a fully equipped kitchen with double
door refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and washer and dryer and Keurig coffee maker. House is beautifully decorated.
Utilities, cable and wifi included. Linens provided.
If this is your first trip to Historic Southport, you are in for such a treat. If you are returning, we all know why. This is the place to take you back in time in so many ways, small hometown feel, residents here are unbelievable friendly, the scenery is gorgeous, beautiful oak trees, many quaint shops, lots of good food and so many historic sites to see. You are couple blocks away from the Cape Fear River, Provisions and Fishy Fishy Restaurants and more. Southport Marina is just a few blocks away if it is boating you like. And then there are the Ferrys that will take you to Bald Head Island, Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher. If it is the beach you are looking for, we have that too, Oak Island is just 10 minutes away. This is the place you want to be and the place you will want to come back to.
Pets allowed upon approval. Pet Fee is $150.00 Maximum 2 pets under 50 lbs allowed. Fenced in backyard. No Smoking allowed.
FYI ONLY- Trash Pickup every Tuesday Morning
Recycles - Bi-Weekly Every Tuesday
Minimum 3 nights stay. Check in 4:00p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m.
A 50% deposit required at time of booking. Advance 2 weeks notice required for cancellation for deposit refund less a $25.00 processing fee.

Quick stay in Southport

This was a great location in town and the cottage was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed with our teenage son and a friend while we were in town visiting friends. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was walkable to everything in town and very quiet with minimal traffic which was nice. We would love to stay again when we come back to Southport. The beds were comfortable, linens were provided and the home was very functional and convenient. Thanks!

We loved our stay in this Southport property. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had great utensils and appliances. We enjoyed the front porch and the short walk to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. This was the Southport experience we were looking for and Sis' Cottage was perfect for our family.

Absolutely thrilled with Sis's Cottage. It was so very comfortable with everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you could possibly need for your stay.
