It features a comfortable double bedroom, a bright living room with kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.
In the living room there is also a French double sofa bed, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
The property also includes a charming sea-view terrace, directly accessible from the living room, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, summer dinners or relaxing moments while enjoying the sea breeze.

PLEASE NOTE – A tourist tax is required from June 1st to September 30th, as stated in the municipal regulations available on the website of the Municipality of Soverato.
