Lake Loop Retreat w/Movie Theater & Private Dock

The house features a movie theater with a Roku for enjoying your own streaming services, a game table and a retro gaming system with over 600 games. Outside features a covered front porch, two oversized, covered decks overlooking the water and a private dock with two boat slips. The upper back deck features a grilling area and two outdoor dining tables.

The house has a large fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The quiet water of the cove provides a safe and calm area for families to enjoy the water. The dock has a ladder for easy access in and out of the water and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. The backyard is gently sloping down to the Lake with a paved path. Ample driveway space makes it easy for you and your guests to take full advantage of ample parking and room for your boat trailer.

Blue Springs Marina is right down the road from the house for easy access to launch your boat or rent a pontoon.

The main level has a living room, kitchen, dining area, two full bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, coffee area and a beverage fridge. The main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second room with a queen-size bed and both rooms feature a workstation for those wanting to work from home. Downstairs, you will find a second gathering area with a game table, video game machine, the movie theater with a Roku for enjoying your own streaming services, another full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two bunk beds. Both gathering areas have ample seating with Smart TVs for logging onto your streaming services.

This property is amazing!!! Absolutely perfect for our party of 3 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We cooked together in the large kitchen and spent our time on the covered porch hanging out in the evenings after the day on the water. We brought our own tri-toon and being able to park it in a covered slip each night was awesome! The paddle bait was fun too. The house was clean and comfy. The only thing we would change is to add a handrail to the concrete path from the house to the dock
it is steep! That being said, we would book this again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic vacation at Lake Loop Retreat and highly recommend it! Our group included two families (4 adults, teens aged 16, 14, and 12). The kids enjoyed having the lower level with bunk beds to themselves, while adults used the two main-floor bedrooms. There was plenty of space, though we spent most of our time outdoors.The kitchen was well-stocked, and we ate every meal on the deck. The flattop grill was great—there’s also a standard grill. The dishwasher and laundry were super convenient, especially for drying beach towels, which don’t dry well overnight outside.Swimming off the dock was perfect—calm water with little boat traffic. We brought paddle boards, a lily pad, and life jackets (a must, as the water’s deep). With our own boat, we spent every day on the lake. Flat Hollow Marina (10 mins by boat) had great food, and we liked all the marinas we visited.Jason was very responsive and answered all my questions. The house was in perfect condition and was very clean.

High End Property

The house is beautiful and as advertised. We were impressed by the breadth and quality of the kitchenware. We appreciated the butler pantry and additional beverage fridge in it. We were cursed with terrible weather from hurricane Helena but were able to make the most of it thanks for having such a nice place to be rained-in. So while we couldn't take advantage of the dock, paddleboat, or firepit, they looked really nice and worth coming back for. Last but not least...beds are super comfortable.

Awesome Family Getaway

Everything was exactly as described. The home is beautiful and appears newly updated. It was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and other areas. The concrete walkway to the lake is very nice and really not too steep. The fire pit area was nice and relaxing in the evening. The dock was perfect! We rented a pontoon from a nearby marina and kept it at the dock with no problems. We swam from the dock area and had a blast. Overall, the house was amazing and I would recommend staying there if you are planning a trip to the lake.

Beautiful & Peaceful

The house is outstanding and the location is quiet and peaceful! The dock is perfect and the paddle boat provides even more entertainment. The host communicated throughout our stay and was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival. The house is stocked better than any place we have ever stayed with VRBO.
