Very nice. Everything was new and comfortable. Multiple areas for family gatherings. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Geese and deer visible outside the large picture windows all around the house. The host was very responsive to all our requests. Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, it was obvious this home has been exceptionally well cared for. Everything felt brand new, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The home was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a wonderful weekend.One of our favorite features was that every bedroom had its own en suite bathroom, which made it so convenient and comfortable for everyone in our group. The kitchen was gorgeous—modern, well-equipped, and stocked with all the essentials for cooking and gathering together. The living spaces were equally inviting, providing plenty of room to relax and spend time together.Marshall was an exceptional host. His communication was prompt, friendly, and thorough before and during our stay. We never needed to reach out because everything was perfect, but it was reassuring to know he was readily available if needed.The location was absolutely ideal. We were only minutes from Arnolds Park and everything there is to enjoy—the lake, restaurants, shops, and attractions—yet the property felt tucked away in a peaceful countryside setting. It was the perfect combination of convenience and tranquility, allowing us to enjoy all the activity while coming home each day to complete peace and quiet.We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.
