VILLA MILLA with private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, max. 8 person

Holiday house Villa Milla is located in Srinjine, not far from Split. The facility is located on the edge of the village, which ensures peace and the possibility of complete relaxation. But it is also close to the main road and has easy access.
The house has two floors with amenities and equipment that absolutely enable a comfortable stay for up to 8 people.

On the ground floor of the building there is a richly equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. In the continuation of the space, exiting the living room, you enter the part with the gym and sauna. Right next to it is a large canopy with seating and a barbecue, which can be called an outdoor living room. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with a washing machine and a double room with its own toilet.
Upstairs are three luxuriously furnished bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows. Two bedrooms have access to a large balcony on the south side. There are also two bathrooms on the first floor where towels are available.
Free internet is available in the entire indoor and outdoor area.
There is a wonderful view of the surrounding greenery, hills and mountains. Spacious garden, the yard is fenced, and the owner is not present, so your privacy is guaranteed.
The heated outdoor pool (7x4 m) with jacuzzi (2x2.5 m), shower and deck chairs on the south side of the villa will provide you with real pleasure.
If you want to swim in the sea and sunbathe on the beach, prepare for a drive of about 10 km.

Villa Milla

Lovely property throughout. Owners very helpful. Just a little remote if you want to go to restaurants every evening and drink. We used the BBQ and ate in the very nice covered eating area beside it. Our grandchildren loved the pool and spent most of the holiday in and around it. We did not see the pool table mentioned. Twin bed room is on the ground floor and we did not want the young children using it so they slept in a double room on first floor near the adults.

Fantastic villa

The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, well equipped and so clean!! Perfect for two families and the pool area is gorgeous. Lovely helpful owner, everything was perfect thank you. Great base for exploring the area but a car is essential. Lots of fab activities for our four teenagers (and adults!) mostly from nearby Omis.

The villa is exactly as described and is beautiful. It was lovely and clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Cars are a must as it is quite remote although we did get an uber into Split one evening. The area itself is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lovely stay

A FANTASTICALLY LOCATED, PRESENTED AND WELL EQUIPPED VILLA

"Thank You" to the owner and his partner for a fantastic stay at Villa Milla. We had a briliant 2 weeks where our main priority was to rest - can happily say that box was ticked ! We found the Villa to be very well located. Just off a very good main road approx 40 minutes from the airport at Split and 15 minutes either way from Stobrec or Omis- with their fair selection of bars and restaurants (esp.Omis). Our hosts were there to greet us on arrival and were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us a full tour of the Villa, explained how everything worked and where everything was, gave us some tips on local supermarkets and restaurants and couldn't have been more helpful. The bottle of Red and a Bottle of sparkling water in the fridge were a nice touch - Thanks. We had a minor issue shortly after our arrival but they returned to resolve it within a couple of hours of our reporting it. After that, everything went very smoothly. The Villa was pretty much spotless. Having stayed at numerous Villas all over the world, we have to say that this one was the most well equipped places we have stayed at - everything we needed (and more) was there. The owners son arrived (as expected) halfway through our 2 week stay to clean the pool. The facilities were great, the location was excellent for what we wanted and the only issue we had was resolved extremely quickly. We couldn't really fault anything and would definitely recommend Villa Milla to anyone looking to holiday in this part of Croatia. Angie & Kev

Recent stay @ Villa Milla 20th July until 3rd August 2019

We have recently returned home after a fantastic family holiday in Croatia, this was our first visit to Croatia and definitely won't be our last. We stayed at Villa Milla in Srinjine and was not disappointed, the villa was modern and immaculately clean , the kitchen was very well equipped and the outside dining area and BBQ facilities were just perfect for alfresco dining. The bedrooms were light and airy and the beds were extremely comfortable, we also enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony outside our bedroom it was always so peaceful . We all enjoyed the pool which was perfect for cooling off and the outside canopy provided sufficient shade when you required respite from the heat of the sun. A car is essential in order to get around during your stay, Trogir, Omis and Split town all have lovely restaurants and bars, we would also recommend rafting on the Cetina River, a visit to Krka national park and we also enjoyed a 3 island boat trip which departed from Split port - We throughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Milla and would definitely stay again in the future.

Awesome stay in a peaceful and relaxing location

We recently stayed for a week in Villa Milla and had a lovely time. The villa is big, modern, clean and extremely well equipped, especially if you plan on eating in. It is in a peaceful and secluded setting, with mountains behind and and woods / olive groves flanking the other sides of the property. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are excellent and great for chilling out and relaxing. Although it's off the beaten track it's an easy drive to the facilities of Split or a few miles drive to Omis for good places to eat. Excellent for a get away from it all stay.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfektem Zustand!

Tolles sehr gerĂ€umiges Ferienhaus mit hervorragender hochwertiger Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts, ob KĂŒchenausstattung, FitnessgerĂ€te, Tischtennisplatte, ausreichend HandtĂŒcher usw. Besonders schön ist der Außensitzplatz mit einem großen gemauerten Grill, sogar Brennholz war in großer Menge da. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch der Garten ist hĂŒbsch gestaltet. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, man muss unbedingt ein Auto haben, um Restaurants, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten oder das Meer zu erreichen. Dadurch ist es aber sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und unbĂŒrokratisch, alles war sehr schnell abgewickelt. Insgesamt 100% Weiterempfehlung.

Lovely villa, great location for Split!

The villa was clean and very well presented. It was very well equipped including a gym and sauna. The weather was not brilliant during our stay but we were still able to enjoy the amenities at the villa. The villa was well located for travelling around Croatia and the islands. The only slight difference to our expectation was the size of the pool. It looks bigger on the photos than in reality, but still as described.

Wir haben mit 8 Personen eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist exzellent. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Photos. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig. Man hat kann Split und das Umland- von allen die StrĂ€nde- in ca. 20 Minuten erreichen. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt im Dorf, wo man morgens frisches Brot kaufen kann. Das Haus ist einfach super. 👍 wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Super schöne und moderne Villa ! Hinfahren und genießen

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen in der Villa und haben unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang- bis Ende genossen. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Amazing !

Villa Milla is a beautiful property with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We were welcomed by the owner who was very nice and was happy for us to contact him regarding anything including restaurant tips. The property and grounds were exceptionally clean and well kept. The outdoor kitchen was great for barbecues in the evenings together with the outdoor oven and a very large table to seat everyone. The property is a little rural which was lovely and quiet, we hired cars but there are inexpensive taxi services available. We used an eight seater taxi to go to Omis a few evenings which was great, with excellent restaurants, a vibrant atmosphere and very friendly. Croatia is beautiful and I highly recommend taking a boat trip to the islands, the river rafting and visiting the National Park waterfalls. The weather was hot around mid 30s most of the time. The property is lovely and cool with air conditioning. We all had a great holiday which we couldn't recommend highly enough.

The perfect holiday home!

We stayed here for a week at the end of May 2018. The villa is immaculate throughout and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The house is child friendly and the pool provides hours of entertainment. The owner is great too and always on hand if you need anything. Can not recommend highly enough!
