The lady that checked us in was very nice. The breakfast was good but had very limited options. No eggs, only biscuits and gravy. Would be nice to see oatmeal, eggs, bacon, and things like that. Rooms were decent but the floors were dirty, could be cleaned better.

The first room had a very noisy heating fan, and a metal strip at the edge of the bed that rattled horribly if it was touched. The staff was nice and relocated us to a similar room. The fan still noisy to the extent that we just shut it off until (chilly) morning. The bed still had the rattling strip.

When we checked in, we mentioned that my husband had a recently injury and asked for a room on the first floor, this was accommodated with no problem. Unfortunately, the guest in the room next to us had a very loud dog that barked every time it heard a noise, this went on even into the wee hours of the night and was very hard to get to sleep. This was at no fault of the hotel, though. Since we were gonna have to leave in the morning before breakfast started, we had asked if we would be able to get some granola bars or something, and we were told that we could come to the front desk before we left, and that the staff would be able to accommodate us, grabbing a few things. In the end, I ended up driving to Walmart and grabbed some things so we did not end up, taking them up on this, but it was very nice of them to make this offer. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower head was amazing.

Floor was so dirty my grandson's feet were black from running around the room....checked in for 4 people and there was only 2 bath towels-one had a disgusting pile of hair stuck to it. The yogurt that was in the refrigerator for breakfast was expired. I asked them for replacements. The gal at the check in counter was very apologetic. Just don't think I can go back there.
