Welcome to our 2 bed / 1 bath South Hill Sanctuary! Located in our favorite Spokane neighborhood. Just minutes from downtown Spokane, parks, and local dining, our home provides a cozy and modern escape ideal for couples, families, or business travelers.

Enjoy a beautifully designed space with brand-new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you’re unwinding after a day exploring Spokane or cozying up for a quiet evening in, this home has everything you need to feel right at home.

Guests have access to the unit above the garage. Owners live in the main house on the property. Private unit entrance.
Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality stay for all of our guests. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules:

•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Check in time is 4 PM
-Late checkout fee if you stay 1 hr or longer after checkout time
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
