We can't wait to welcome you to "The Pool House" in Spokane, WA. Every detail was thoughtfully planned with you in mind, and is filled with a beautiful and inviting aesthetic. We know you'll enjoy the fully stocked chef's kitchen, the comfy beds with bamboo sheets, the upstairs and downstairs living spaces. And of course the heated indoor pool! Along with the pool table, ping pong table, fenced in yards, and kid's play nook; we have something for every age to enjoy.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
The main floor offers an open concept living space where the kitchen, dining area, and two living rooms intertwine. The main living room has a 55" Smart TV with Roku access (stream from your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account etc). The back living room has a pull out sleeper sofa, reading nook, and play nook with toys and books for little ones.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, pour over coffee set up, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and more. The dining table has chairs for 8 and there is an additional leaf that can be added by request. The kitchen island seats 5.

Down the hall are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has room darkening shades, a large closet with hanging space, and a luggage rack. Each bedroom also has a box fan.

Two more bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, along with the large rec room area. The rec room has comfy lounge seating with a 55" Smart TV with Roku access (stream from your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account), along with a pool table and mini bar set up. The door next to the pool table leads to the garage where you will find a parking space and ping pong table.

In the basement is the laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer; detergent is provided for guest use. The laundry room is right outside the swimming pool area and doubles as a changing room.

Pool: There is a sliding glass door to access the heated indoor pool. It is kept at 85 degrees. Please be advised: the pool is a lap pool and there is NO deep end. It is 4 feet deep in all places and has a stair step entry with handrail. There is NO diving allowed. A basketball hoop and balls are provided, along with basic pool noodles, and some diving toys.

Backyard: access the backyard through a glass sliding door from the swimming pool. You’ll enter to the screened porch with outdoor dining + lounge furniture, and a gas bbq. The backyard is fully fenced in and feels like a lush private garden. Enjoy the cherry and apple trees, the grapes hanging over the fence, and the garden area.

Parking: Guests have access to driveway parking, along with one spot inside the garage.

This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is an outdoor security camera facing the front door.

What they all should be like.

Unfortunately, we've stayed in enough rentals by now that we know the shortcuts many renters take. We are pleased to share that none of them were taken here. We appreciated table ware, and a table large enough to hold everyone staying at the house (which is not always the case). But everything was thoughtful, from the high quality coffee maker, to the labeled cabinets and drawers, to the plethora of pool towels, toys and games. That is of course beyond the basics, of which none were overlooked. Thank you for your thoughtful approach, and attention to the details that made the stay so pleasant.

Fantastic Property!

We stayed with 2 families of 5 (6 teenagers). The property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was ample space, linens and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need ( even the cupboards were labelled to help you find things). The spaces are all lovely and comfortable, and the pool and pool table kept the kids entertained. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the area.

Very clean, homey environment

The pool house was pleasantly comfortable and cozy. Our group consisted of 8 adults, and 8 children. We were very pleased with the size of the home; it accommodated our large group very well. We enjoyed the amenities (pool, pool table, back yard patio and grill). Nice spacious kitchen, fully stocked and equipped. We were able to cook and eat our meals as a group comfortably. Thank you for the pleasant stay...it was definitely a five star experience!

Very lovely property

Great Family Vacation Home

I live in western Washington and my family lives in Oregon and Montana. Each year we take a vacation together and we decided on Spokane since it’s equal distance for each of us. When I came across the Pool House, I knew instantly that the home would be a great fit for all the children in our family (both young and old), not only because the pool but the ping pong and pool table. Booking was easy and the owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Upon arrival I was impressed by the aesthetic of the home and its amenities. The pool was awesome! Plenty of toys and towels, and I felt safe in the home with littles around - the door to the pool has a special lock. The kitchen was well equipped for the folks who like to cook, and the the beds were super comfy. I recommend the Pool House to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in Spokane!

Family friendly pool house

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the pool house! We were in town for my nephews basketball tournament and this home allowed for family to relax without having to venture out to keep everyone entertained! The home was very clean, a lot of great amenities (loved the vacuum trying to clean up after 3 kids under 3) and safety was never a concern! Jordan was awesome to work with and she was very quick to respond to my messages which was greatly appreciated! We look forward to returning to the pool house in the future!

Perfect Place!

Wow! What a place! We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The pool was so fun. It was sparkling clean and there were tons of pool toys and life jackets for the kids. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever need, including those extras that a lot of VRBOs don’t have (e.g. laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, even toys for the kids). They have really thought of everything and we will definite stay here again!

Fun family experience!

We have a family of 5 that stayed at the house. 3 kids ranging 8-12. The home is setup so wonderfully for a VRBO, better than any hotel for sure! We hosted Thanksgiving with 13 adults and 6 kids. Never felt cramped. Lots of space for spreading out and lots of things to keep people busy: pool table, swimming pool, smart tv’s, kids room off dining. Best and most comfortable bedding we’ve ever slept in! We’re buying those sheets for our home 😄 We will definitely be back to the Spokane Pool House on our next visit.

Beyond Amazing!

We loved our stay at the “Pool House”! Jordan did a great job communicating with us and making sure we had a great time. The house was beautiful and updated. The pool was a great aspect of the trip for the kids and adults. Highly recommend! We will be coming back next fall!

Amazing property

As a grandmother, I have been renting vacation rentals for many years. This property was above and beyond. Everything you could need or want was provided even toiletries, coffee, spices, and papergoods as well as foil, plastic wrap etc (I brought so many things I didn't need) Everything supplied is of high quality and the house is modern and earth friendly. We enjoyed our time playing family games, watching movies, playing in the pool, saying billiards. Plan on a family get away to this house every fall if possible.
