modern and old world comforts. Located inside of rolling hillside landscape, the
villa is close to all, but far from any noise. You will wake-up to spectacular
sunrises and start your day with the ultimate peaceful experience. Spend your
day doing as little or as much as you like from visiting local craftsmen and farms
to exercising with biking, hiking, horseback riding or yoga. Plan perfect picnics
at nearby waterfalls. Take day trips to museums to soak up the culture. .
this villa is located near Spoleto, less 1 km from the Flaminia road far from any noise, when you wake up feeling regenerated peace, privacy and comfort make this space unique, for a relaxing stay or to visit the major attractions Umbria from the Spoleto festival to the Marmore waterfalls. You can practice yoga or other morning exercises, go mountain-biking, go horse-riding, or simply take a walk through ancient oaks, have a picnic, visit the various museums, take a day trips to explore Perugia their sensational chocolate creation or visit Florence for architecture and history.
The ground floor of the living space includes an open kitchen and dining room
that leads to the living room with a fireplace, game table and lounge sofa for six.
Additional seating available. Upstairs you will find the first bedroom with
double bed and tv and a second bedroom with a bunk beds and double bed.
There is room to add inflatable beds. The bathroom has both a jazucci and
shower. The interior is filled with a mix of both antiques and modern furniture
that has been passed down from multiple generations. The exterior has an
extensive covered deck with a large farm table that seats up to 20 guests along
with a barbecue grill, ideal for parties and external events too.
Parking - The parking lot is in front of the gate of the house or you can park inside the. garden.
Road - There is a dirt road 50 meters before reaching the villa
Steps - There are 3 marble steps that separate the living room from the kitchen
Stairs - There is a wooden staircase leading upstairs.
Wi-Fi - There is Pocket Wi-Fi in the house and outside of the property
Washing Machine - Free to use once a week. For every time to use after the first, there is an extra fee of 5 Euros pay on cash.
Same of my private is belonging in the house, but is plenty of space for guest anyway.
