Located in Monteluco, about 10 minutes from Spoleto’s historic center, Villa Marta is surrounded by evergreen oak woods and offers guests beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, nature, and a traditional atmosphere, while remaining close to Umbria’s main villages.



The ground-floor apartment (approx. 70 m²) accommodates 2 guests and features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a walk-in shower), a living room, and a kitchen with a fireplace. A crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.



The villa is surrounded by a private garden with a courtyard where you can conveniently park your car. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
