Very convenient to Zion, whether using shuttle, driving or biking. Nice to have grocery store across the street, e-bike rental also across the street and good dining options within quick walking distance. Family suite worked out well for our family of 4 with 2 young children who were on sofa bed.

Thank you for accommodating our late arrival. Great location to Zion. Supplied a takeaway sack breakfast which included a piece of fruit, yogurt, cereal or bagel & cream cheese, blueberry muffin. Lobby had coffee, tea, juice dispenser for breakfast as well

Nice hotel

The hotel was quiet and clean. The only problem for us was not having a protein breakfast in the morning before we needed to get to the transport to the park. Restaurants didn’t open until 8 am, tram was at 7 am. They offered a bag breakfast the night before; an apple, muffin, bagel, cream cheese and yogurt. Some boiled eggs would have been terrific. Super friendly owners.

Decent but overpriced

The afternoon representative was helpful as the tv needed to be reset, and the morning representative was welcoming and helpful. However there is no one onsite from 9pm til 7:30am. A decent stay but felt very overpriced for what it actually was. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby was nice.

There are much better options in this area. The bed had hair in it which makes me wonder if they wash the sheets. They had an outlet with no cover which is a life safety issue but thankfully our kids did not accompany us on this trip. Room reeked of cleaner but was still somehow dirty in so many areas. We will definitely not be back and would not recommend.

The location was great and a beautiful view from our room!!!! The grab and go breakfast - bagel, cream cheese, apple, yogurt, and muffin was perfect!!! The room was nice and clean and the beds comfortable, but ….. the trash cans are WAY TO SMALL and there was low water pressure for a shower in room 102. Overall, we would stay there again and recommend it to others!!!

Nice place in the middle of Springdale

The room was clean and was right in the middle of Springdale. Made walking to the shops and market east. The shuttle stop was not to far from the hotel and made it easy to access Zion. The rooms can use more light it felt a little dark the bathroom has only one light and it is over the shower area. The light have the blue led tint so it didn't make everything warm and inviting. The grab and go breakfast is okay you get a small muffin, bagel and cream cheese, a small yogurt and an apple. I would just walk to Farmstead bakery and grab a fresh pastry and coffee instead. Overall it a good place to stay and I booked far enough in advance the price was reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay. While the room itself is pretty basic, the lodge is in a great location - walkable to a small grocery store across the street as well as many restaurants. We had a bottom level room and could hear teenagers walking (maybe jumping) quite a bit. That would be our only complaint. Zion is amazing and will definitely be back.
