Weekend in Springfield

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Cairo Cottage! It was a perfect size for just the two of us, very clean and everything was labeled or outlined in the binder. Location was great - only a few minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Host provided clear instructions for property and inside the unit. A pretty basic space but perfect for a couple of people. We really enjoyed the deck outside and felt like we had enough privacy to do our own thing while staying. There is a grocery store across the street and a basic diner less than a block away - very convenient location! Would stay again!

Cozy and clean

We had the pleasure of staying in the Cairo Cottage. Even during a very cold, windy, and snowy spell the cottage was warm and comfortable. We loved the decor and amenities. It is well stocked and larger than it appears in the photos. Host was very nice.

Great, accessible, relaxing stay!

LOVED this little studio! I went back home for holiday events and just wanted something private and easy. This place is perfect for one or two people to enjoy. Well thought out and sensible with amenities. Nicely converted space that is comfortable, separate from the main living area, and felt very tucked away. In a very easily accessible space within Springfield. Appreciated being able to park at the end of a long driveway. Good lighting, very clean, nice materials and furniture. Enjoyed every bit of it!

Beautifully decorated, hardwood floors nicely framed artwork and dark wood furniture , very comfy beds with nice sheets, easy to get in with code, perfect location for Evangel university graduation, stocked with extras like shampoo, great value for the six of us to stay, and I would stay here again if I came to town for sure. Also George's restaurant with great $3 breakfasts is right next door. Highly recommend to others. Things that would have been helpful - a full length mirror and muffin pan for making breakfast. Overall fantastic experience and very cozy!
