Very clean with charming Route 66-themed decorations. However, I’m not a big fan of the motel-style setup. The breakfast was very basic and not particularly good. When we returned to town, my kid preferred to stay at a different hotel. That said, I wouldn’t mind staying here again if it’s just me and my wife.

Nice Motel

Pretty good motel overall. A bit dated but nothing that would keep us from staying again. Friendly staff and parking right by our room, a big plus. Love the Route 66 theme. I am a big fan of the route.

Excellent stay!

Rooms were very clean! The rooms had a few modern amenities, but for the most part, just the necessities. Was a nice quiet sleep! Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was good! Staff were very cordial and professional! Will definitely be back! Also, loved the old cars out front and nostalgic pictures and decor in the lobby!

Very old property in need of updating and repairs. Very small rooms and bathroom. We had a room that we could see light coming from outside the door. The HVAC unit was very loud when it ran. Walls are very thin. They have an old look motel look that was charming with an ok breakfast buffet.

Best Western Rail Haven on 66, is a cute motel if you want your car parked by your door. It was a clean, comfortable and friendly staff.

Decent overnight stay

It was a cute and nicely maintained old route 66 roadside motel. The rooms were small back then, sondon't expect much. The breakfast was mediocre, the beds were fairly comfortable, the pillows were oddly small (like 1'x1' squares), and our TV kept losing signal on the channels. Overall, it was just a decent stay. Nothing bad, nothing great.

Not good

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Cleanliness was an issue in both rooms. But the 2nd was just not good. Sheets had stains, tub looked just not sanitized and just bad so we just didnt use it. Bathroom was the worst, stains around the door ( which did get cleaned with a wipe so they just didnt clean it) there was a half used soap on the floor of the shower and a hair on the shower head. It seemed like they just didnt clean it. It was just very disappointing .
