Could have been cleaner

Wouldn’t recommend
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsI honestly can’t say that I’d recommend this hotel to friends or family!! My first impression was of the lobby which was nice and clean but that quickly changed. We arrived around 9pm and the male at the customer service desk wasn’t the most friendly. at checking us in he answered the phone and was talking to someone that MAY have been a manager. They were discussing a guest that (from what I could understand) was taken by life squad and was somehow injured while staying there, the front desk employee was clear when he was speaking to the manager and he “repeated” so still charge them… okay I don’t know the circumstances but as a guest if I were injured while in your facility I’d hope you would show some compassion.
2) upon entering the room we noticed that the bedframe was metal and had a metal surrounding barrier. This bed was super noisy even with casual rolling around/climbing on the bed. A couple time the noise was enough to wake me.
3) the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and my better half and I observed hair in the tub and in the shower curtain.
4) the ice machine room was dark and dingy, not somewhere I’d want to have my girlfriend get ice in the middle of the night.
5)the toilet in the room was EXTREMELY small and in all the bathroom was cramped.
6) the noise being made by other guests in the hotel was horrible, seemed as though they allowed parties to occur in the rooms.
7) the room we rented had a small kitchenette, the cold water didn’t work and was leaking

Average hotel which is good. Minor issues like the tub plug is broken, extra broken microwave??, etc. overall clean and satisfied with this unexpected stay.

Would have reviewed higher but bathroom light automatically turns on super bright when you walk in....even in the middle of the night. Road noise is a problem but the beds and pillows are really good.
Pleasant staff at breakfast.
