We own the building and proudly host the units to help show off the neighborhood we love. We want you to enjoy your stay. We have automated check-in and check-out so you don't have to wait around for a key, but, we are generally available to help with questions or problems.



Rountree is home to Springfield's only neighborhood merchant area and you are right in the very center of it all. Enjoy locally owned shops, a coffee shop, a wine bar, a tea bar, a taco stand, a microbrewery, ramen bar, bike shop, or enjoy a scoop of ice cream from the shop downstairs. We provide on-site parking on our gravel lot at the rear of the building. We are walking distance to Missouri State, and centrally located in the city so everything is relatively close.
