Staff very friendly and helpful. It is basic but that’s all we required . Great bar/restaurant across the road. As declared by hotel the room was above pub ( nightclub?) and is very noisy until 2 am. The hotel does provide ear plugs

Loved the designer room! Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit of an issue getting it to work. Thankfully, instructions included in guide that was provided in the hotel's information pkg. Not a fan of the parking or lack thereof - none on the property, had to find public street parking with no time restrictions.

Check out the map of the hotel to know what room you are getting and ensure it's a quiet room. Our room was on the corner, and out of the loud section, and it wasn't noisy. Easy check in process. Everything was very clean. Great location. No concerns.

I recommend Crash Hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy downtown Squamish. It's very well located, clean, and well maintained. Communication was very good too. Some people may find the bar on the lower level noisy in thr evening, but it honestly didn't bother us at all.
