In addition to my $100 security fee they charged me an additional TWO times more AFTER I checked out. After I saw the first charge I complained (they said it was a mistake) then a second charge showed up for even more money and I had to call the hotel again. Inconvenient and frustrating.

I am sorry Sean for this inconvenience, this occurred as it was a last minute booking and your card was charged instead of the virtual card provided by Expedia, a simple human mistake that would have been avoided by checking out with the front desk. I will update the team and provide extra training as a result. I hope the rest of your stay was nice despite this small inconvenience. All the best!

Fast easy check in, great pool and hot tub, but very busy with kids. Very large room with 2 TV’s, beds are comfortable and the building is quite.

Great location surrounded by Mountains. Conveniently to local stores and restaurants. Comfort bed, quiet and peaceful at night. Hotel staffs are friendly & helpful….alll of them. They sure made us feel welcome during our stay. Tho, we’d love to see the hotel serve bacon, sausage, hot breakfast…instead of just cold boiled eggs. Otherwise we had great experience & wondering stayed!
