No.8 is an extremely comfortable stone-built cottage dating from the 1890s located in a peaceful private development within 5 minutes walk of St Andrews town centre and 15 minutes walk from the Old Course. Fully modernised, furnished and equipped to a premium standard, the house comprises 2 bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and back garden. The dining room serves as a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. No. 8 is a perfect location for families or groups visiting St Andrews for any reason.

The patio style back garden includes table and chairs and a small BBQ allowing outside eating. The property also comes with a private car parking space allowing hassle free access to the heart of St. Andrews.
