Room was clean upon arrival but never cleaned after that. Room was a bit small but renovated. Beds were good. Pool was ok. Hot tub not hot first day but hot next day. Breakfast was ok. Free & some variety. Parking was a bit tight. Extra parking charge was crazy. Beach was across the street & down short road. A few small places to get food. Closest Publix was closed. Short drive town.

Rooms were updated and clean. Hot tub cracks needs to be repaired, they had a hose in the hot tub filling up with cold water. Pool area needs to be cleaned up/repaired.

Good location, but poor room design

The main problem I had with the room was the poor lighting. There was only one nightstand lamp and one corner lamp in the bedroom. The desk was great - but had no lighting and no outlets within about 4-5 feet, a bad design. I had to buy an extension cord and small lamp to use the desk. Also a number of other issues here: no lid on the toilet; very low water pressure in the shower; a non-working refrigerator (which the manager replaced with a new one quickly). The bed was comfortable and the location was good, but the room definitely needed updating.

Front desk was a bit rude. The toilet in our room would not flush only to be told the best he could do was plunge it. No tourist information or any helpful information about the area was given at check in. Room was very clean! Pool and hot tub were enjoyable.

Very close to the beach, good eating places close by. Rooms were nice and clean. Parking was a little tight. The breakfast area was small and not set up to move smoothly, but we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time. It was easy to walk to the beach, the pier, and restaurants close by. The parking was a little tight and they do charge $10 a day for parking. But that’s understandable I guess. I would do the old town trolley tour, it just makes sense. Since you have to pay for parking uptown anyway, you’ll probably pay for a tour up there too. The room was spotless just not enough places to hang your towels in the bathroom lol. It was a very good stay for the price.

Poor Service

Terrible customer service the ladies that were at the front counter very rude and not accommodating. Very very poor service. I’m very disappointed.
