Great Memorial Day Weekend stay.

Spring Break Reset
Publié le 17 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had seven family members staying at the property. Overall we had a lovely trip. The location and view from the house were above our expectations! The house was clean and neat. A few housekeeping updates that need to happen are: the carpet upstairs (this is a must)! It would be helpful if you could make one bathroom ADA-compliant for older guests or at least have one raised toilet. Also, the ice maker is on the blink in the kitchen. However, again, We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Family time

The inside of the house needs some care…A lot!
There is old everything down to bath mats that can’t possibly be contaminate free. Yes it had been cleaned but that is only surface. It needs some deep cleaning and serious updating for the health of those who are renting. The smell of mold was overwhelming when we opened the garage and the downstairs bedrooms and half bath were simply atrocious. The kitchen was well stocked but the cabinetry and interior were not clean.
We had paid for it and we made the best of our time together and we are praying for no illness
from the stay. We feel that others should be aware before that sign the contract.

Your review deeply saddens us. This home has always been well-reviewed. If the house was in the condition you described, why did you not contact us? We would never expect our guests to stay in "atrocious conditions" and we would have corrected any issues immediately! Your tone is very dramatic and any problems you may have had have been greatly exaggerated. This is a multi-million-dollar, ocean-front home, and there is no way it is in the condition you describe. This is a great home for a great beach vacation!

Spring Break Getaway
Publié le 9 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely deck with easy beach access. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Garage wouldn’t open with code and I spoke to property manager who said to open from inside the house. Per friendly neighbor, recycling pickup is same day as trash pick up.

Everything about our stay, was fabulous from the views of the ocean to the cleanliness of the property to the access of the beach😎
We are originally from Central Florida but we love Saint Augustine because it has so much to offer.
We will be back to this property in September❣️
