Fabulous location. The remodeling job was not great but the rooms are clean and the staff was great. We were supposed to be there 4 nights. I got very sick and we had to leave a day early. They credited us one night when they didn’t have to. I really appreciated that especially with how awful I felt. I will stay again for their accommodating attitude.

Staff were amazing and very friendly. If you stay, make sure you check your bed sheets thoroughly. Mine were dirty and they didn’t have another room available. The bed sheets had stains and discoloration down to the bed protector cover. They did end up giving me a partial refund but not sure that made up for the stress of staying there. Unfortunately there were no other hotels available within my price range so no other choice but to stay. It is a convenient location.

We didn't care there was no pool, and while it seemed odd to pay for parking, it was soon obvious that parking anywhere in or near the historic district is impossible. Our room 241 was large, comfortable and incredibly clean! New shower that was fun to use. Trolley tickets can be bought at desk and the stop is right before the motel. Best of all, there is an outdoor seating area for about 20 on the roof above office that is soooo relaxing to just sit and look over the marina and the Bridge of Lions. If you want a comfy bar or to eat in a beautiful outdoor area, OC White's is about 50 feet away! Great food, we ate there several times. The fort is a quick 15 minutes walk, so leave your car and explore. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and neat with marina/water view.basic but comfortable room- complete with two small recliners. Perfect place to relax at end of long day shopping and sightseeing. Even a rooftop “lounge” on second floor. Don’t expect fancy but clean and cute. Parking is on site but expensive. Good location. Noisy AC, very small bathroom.

Property was okay- great location. Our car was hit in the parking lot and the management was of zero help and could care less about out issue. We only asked one thing... if they could review their video. No response after three requests. The strange thing is that they told us to park in that spot. Sad! All they had to say is that we can't locate anything - NO answer is an answer! And, my answer is Don't Stay Here.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, fridge with freezer, microwave. Room was a little beaten up. Bed bases that mattresses sit on need a good cleaning. It was Nice to have chairs to sit outside the rooms and see the boats etc. The A/C did not remove humidity from the room so that was a little uncomfortable.

Th room was super cute and clean and in a great area but what did it for me was the customer service !!! They did a courtesy call beforehand and every exchange with Karen in the office was super sweet !! She made it clear she would be there all night if we needed anything and even gave me a bandaid for a blister I had from new shoes !!! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back !!

Diamond in the rough!

What a great hotel. Looks from the outside can be deceiving. I rented this due to its close proximity to the historic district. Had a parking spot right in front of my door. Check in took literally 2 minutes and I was in my room. The room is completely updated and modern. Was perfect. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Excellent hotel, especially for the price!

This hotel is great. Beautiful view of the bay from our 2nd floor balcony, where they had 2 comfortable chairs and a table. The room was immaculate. Apparently, recently, renovated. Very modern and sleek. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean... We will be back!
