Nautical Smile - Newly Renovated Beach House One Short Block to Ocean!

Welcome to Nautical Smile!! Anchors aweigh towards a delightful vacation in this bright and cheery two bedroom beach house. Only one short block to the ocean! Within walking distance to the pier and an easy 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine!

Our beach house features two bedrooms and two full baths. A master with a Queen Size Bed and private Master Bathroom and a Guest Room with a twin bunk bed and full size convertible futon.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite cable TV, DVD and DVD library and free WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee makers. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom.

Additional amenities include beachcomber bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to tow your items to and from the beach. It also includes board games, puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. The yard is enclosed with an 8 foot fence ensuring privacy.

All Linens Provided.

Dogs are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted.

Maximum 6 people.

We welcome mini vacations as well as extended vacations.

We loved staying at Nautical Smile! Within walking distance of several restaurants and such a short walk to the beach. We searched for a house that would be a good fit for our dogs as well, and this house has a great backyard space. We reached out mid stay to the hosts with two very minor things and they immediately messaged back, and came over to check on those two things same day. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The house and the location are perfect for anyone looking to combine a beach vacation with some sightseeing! Everything was as promised. Between booking and arrival a new patio/firepit area was added! This was a great addition to the property that makes the yard very usable and enjoyable. We would not hesitate to choose this house again!

Awesome Vacation!

Great location across the street from the beach and in walking distance to many great restaurants! Shuttle into Old City and connection to Old Town Trolley tour located at the corner. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Great communication with the property owner. Overall a wonderful beach vacation!

Loved this cute beach house!

We spent a great Easter weekend at Nautical Smile and will definitely be staying here again! The house is just as advertised and was the perfect size for our family of four (Mom, Dad, and two late teens) plus our lab Blue. It was so nice to be able to bring the dog and have no size restrictions! The home is in the perfect location - just a very short walk to the beach and close to so many shops and restaurants. The only time we got in the car was to take a short drive to the historic district. Everything about this rental was easy and enjoyable!

My wife and I returned to St Augustine Beach, our home for the previous twenty five years, to celebrate our birthdays and see friends. Nautical Smile was the perfect home base for us. It is a very comfortable home within walking distance to all the restaurants and activities one could ask for on the beach. The home is well stocked with everything one would need to enjoy the beach, cook, grill or relax in the huge backyard. The communication with the host was flawless and immediate. Take it from a former resident, this location and host are a 10 and we will not hesitate to book again for our next visit.

Cute, well equipped, close to beach.

We were visiting family in the area for the Christmas holiday. The rental of this home allowed us to spend time together, but not where we were constantly committed to spend all the time with each other. And, we didn't leave any bedding and towels for the family who we were visiting to have to deal with.

Steps from everything - perfect stay at the beach!

This is a terrific property - directly as advertised - 2/2 right at the beach. You are a very short walk to beach access from the house - the backyard is huge and has ample room for a pet to run around and play. They also have a nice patio area. The place was absolutely perfect for our almost week getaway - we were in town for a concert and the Ampitheatre was very close by. We were able to park for free at a nearby church and walk to the show. The downtown area where the historic locations are was close by too. Lots of shopping and dining - way too many things to do in a short 5 day stay - we look forward to returning to St. Augustine Beach soon and hope Nautical Smile is available when we come back!
