Free standing cottage nestled quietly. Private Back yard completely fenced Pets are welcome. Fees apply. Completely furnished. 2 washers and dryers, internet/wifi, smart TV. All kitchen appliances. One story. The beach is a one block stroll with no major streets to cross. Keep your car at home..walk to the beach 2 minutes stroll . Downtown, St. Augustine, is a 10 minute car ride. Not a condo scene. Crescent Moon cottage is in front but completely separate. Shared laundry room.

Although Mother Nature didn't cooperate with us, we were very happy with the property. The cottage was clean and well maintained. The fenced backyard was a plus for our little dog. Liked the fact that the beach is a short walk from the cottage. Martie was very nice and would respond to messages promptly. We will definetly stay there again!

Nice home with very nice back yard. My only negative is how uncomfortable the beds are. The stove is very old and I didnt use the oven due to a seal being damaged. Which was a concern.Otherwise, it is lovely home and id recommend it.

We had a great time at Ooo Laa Laaah. The main reason we booked was because of the fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs. It was a great area. Access to beach was too easy, just a block away and with a vehicle beach access, there was no need to climb dunes or walk on the boardwalks. No issues at the house. It had everything we needed. Large/Long driveway.

As always, a five star stay at this property! This was our fifth year staying with Martie in Butler Beach. In the past we’ve stayed at the front cottage (see the Crescent Moon) but we loved the additional space of the Ooo Laa Laaa this year. You can’t beat the location! A two minute stroll to a pristine beach with the softest sand. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Super close to the stores and restaurants of Anastasia Island and a quick drive to historic downtown. The house is immaculately clean. They are very welcoming of pets and walking in you’d never know. I was even down on the floor looking for something under the couch, with my nose thisclose to the carpet and there is zero pet smell. Martie, your cleaning team is top notch. The house is so well stocked. You literally just have to show up and buy some groceries. She’s thought of everything.The backyard is also immaculate. We enjoyed the space in the backyard and nightly smores in the fire pit. We can’t wait to be back next summer!

Great Place!

My husband and I spent 9 weeks here (not long enough) and loved it. Martie is terrific and communicates promptly. The property is steps from the beach and you don't have to cross A1A. Everything you need is there and it was very clean and neat. The only problem we had was that it was already rented for next year. Hopefully we will book early enough to come back the year after next. Thanks for everything Martie, you have a winner with this property!

Wonderful location!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was so close to the beach. It had everything we needed for a pleasant few days. The check in process was so easy and the house was easy to locate, thanks to Martie’s great directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Repeat stay and just as awesome as we remembered. Comfortable, cute, clean and cozy. Everything we needed and a grass yard to boot. Walk to beach, perfect! Will return as soon as we can.

Dog friendly and close to beach

Fenced in backyard perfect for our dog. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The house is clean and decorated in a very fun manner. Martie, our host, is readily available and does a great job explaining house details. This was our second year and we hope to make it back next year.

Fantastic Stay!!

We enjoyed our time so very much! When we arrived we had a very minor issue with the hot water and Martie had a plumber out first thing the next morning to have it fixed. The house was so fun. I LOVE the decorations and all of the little artsy things. The back yard was fantastic for our 13 year old baby. She enjoyed the ability to walk out the back door and be safely confined while enjoying sitting with us. You will find everything you need when you stay here! And a less than 5 minute short walk to the beach is amazing. Take the time to walk around the streets and see the local houses and their garden areas. You will not be disappointed. I miss it there already!
