I visited San Agustin over the weekend, and there was a water spill on the stairs. My niece had a fall—she slipped on the stairs due to this negligence. There was no sign warning that the floor was wet, and the staff was rude when we brought it to their attention. Even when my sister, who was very frightened, complained about the lack of care, one of the employees said, "Well ma'am, it already happened, she already fell!"

Sabrina the hotel front office employee was great. She was friendly and accommodating especially aftet I let her know that one of our beds had stains on the sheet. The breakfast was hot and just right for what we needed. I would come back.

Services were great! Cheerful, answered questions well, and kind. My only drawback is the rm was a little pricey, but room was clean tho, needed a thorough cleaning particularly in the corners and bathroom door. I will say it was clean considering it was a pet room compared to others I've been in. Waffles were good, the rest was mediocre. It was nice that a Wawa and Starbucks was close by. Other good restaurants close by as well.

Stay was amazing, Katrina I think her name was….she was so sweet and welcoming and so nice 😊 she’s a 5 ⭐️ same with the housekeeper, not sure what his name was. I would definitely recommend!

For a property right next to a manor thoroughfare, it was very quiet and felt protected. The desk staff and particularly Sabrina were very helpful and welcoming.
