But the crown jewel of the backyard is undoubtedly the enormous tiki hut, a sprawling oasis of relaxation and revelry. With its rustic charm and tropical vibes, this palatial structure is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family. An outdoor teak bar awaits, ready to serve up refreshing cocktails and icy beverages to quench your thirst. Plush lounge seating provides the ideal spot to kick back and relax, while overhead fans keep the breeze flowing and the atmosphere cool.

No entertainment paradise would be complete without a gas barbecue for you to sizzle up some mouthwatering delights! Keep up with your favorite sports game on the flat screen t.v. while you flip burgers and make new memories.

This property has it all!

Pool heating is available for an additional $200; however, please note that the pool and Jacuzzi cannot be heated simultaneously. If you'd like to add pool heating to your stay, please message us, and we'll be happy to arrange it for you! They are heated by an electric heater.
Note: During this season, the pool heater needs to be turned on at least 48 hours before arrival to ensure the water reaches the standard temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like the pool heated.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

EVENTS: This Tiki House is perfect as a SMALL EVENTS VENUE. Please inquire about hosting your special event here with us for an additional fee. You must have in writing approval from us regarding your event, any unapproved events will be shut down immediately. We do not allow unapproved parties and only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site. This is a residential neighborhood and quiet hours must be observed from 10pm-8am.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
