Why stay in a hotel or condo and hear your noisy neighbors when you can have your own house with a beautiful fenced in private paved patio with a private entrance from the house. Drink coffee in your pajamas, take a shower 'au naturelle' in the outdoor hot/cold shower. The beach is one block away and a short walk even for those who don't like to walk! Surrounded by luxury hotels, this part of the beach on 9th street does not allow driving so it is safe and serene. If you would like to drive on the beach it is just a few blocks away on A street. This cute beach cottage is walking distance to all the fun restaurants and shops at the beach including Cafe 11, Sunset Grille, Panama Hatties, Mango Mango's and more. A short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine or the Alligator Farm, even Marineland. There is plenty to do in St. Augustine. Decor: The house has been fully refurbished with updated appliances and furnishings. Open kitchen, quartz countertops, cabinets & floors all new in 2021make the kitchen perfect for entertaining. Dishwasher, washer & dryer & ice maker plus a full amenity kitchen! A comfortable full size pull-out couch, flat panel TV's in living room and primary bedroom and lovely beach decor throughout. This adorable beach cottage has everything you need for a fabulous stay at the beach including beach towels and chairs, boogie boards, 4 bicycles, 2 pergolas for outdoor dining & a non functional fireplace for decor only. Also enjoy an Emporia Level 2 fast charger for any EV, for tesla just add the converter to the end.

This home is self catering so it will be clean when you arrive and cleaned when you depart. There will be 2 trash bags, a roll of Toilet paper in each bathroom, some dishwasher pods however you will need to bring more supplies with you depending on the length of your stay. Also consider bringing, laundry detergent, paper towels and paper plates, etc...

Fantastic Ending of 2020

Indeed this was a charming home as described at time of my booking. It was a beautiful cozy home and the back patio was amazingly wonderful with the fireplace and the perfect weather to receive the New Year 2021! The beach was just a skip away from the home, lots of places to eat. Great location. I definitely recommend to family & friends. I would stay here again and again.

Best Saint Augustine Stay EVER!

What an adorable beach house! It is completely decked out in beach decor! Very tastefully done. She even had a little Christmas tree up! It was a small little house but far from overcrowded. My husband, me, and our 11 year old grandsons, had plenty of room to relax. It is only 10 minutes to old town so it was perfect and Not congested. The beds were comfortable and not hard or soft. The two full bathrooms worked out great also. Full service kitchen and laundry. The backyard was amazing to sit out back and have a fire and roast marshmallows in! There was plenty of firewood, and also a gas grill. Mimi was a wonderful host! I can never stay in a hotel in “St. A” again!! Best holiday rental that I have literally ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back!!! 6 stars out of five....!

We had a wonderful stay at Mimi’s place. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. The house was perfect and conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for December and the cedar wood was a great touch! Thank you so much! A Universe send

There is no better option than staying here! The back patio was so expansive and beautiful. Mimi was super flexible, easy to communicate with, and her house had everything you needed and more! Will be coming back to STA to stay here! We came for my daughter's college graduation, and it was five minutes away!

Great Place for Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house was clean comfortable. There are fans in each room, but the house itself is well ventilated and easy to cool. Great location; less than 5 min walk to the beach; easy drive into historic St. Augustine, local restaurants, mini-golf, ice cream parlor, and grocery store. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for us!

This property was VERY clean and cozy! We loved the house and the convenient location. It was perfect for a small family weekend. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to take advantage of the lovely outdoor patio. Hopefully in the future, we can stay again and make use of this lovely space.

Fantastic beach getaway!

Wonderful home, cheery, comfortable and very clean! Only a short walk to the beach. We were worried about crossing the street, but it was actually very easy with the crosswalk, flags, & signs for traffic to give pedestrians the right of way. Back patio was divine! Enjoying a crackling evening fire outside was a special treat. We really enjoyed using the outdoor shower. We also appreciated having ceiling fans in every room, and having an ice maker and garbage disposal in the kitchen were also a big bonus for us. Mimi’s communication was wonderful all around, covering what to expect, access, and care of the property. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was so nice to walk around to our favorite restaurants in the area, discovering back pathways lined with wild hibiscus. Thanks, Mimi!

Family space

Everything about the place was on point. Beautiful space, very beachy appeal. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10-12 min from all site seeing. My husband, daughter, sister and I all very much enjoyed every bit of our stay. Mimi Thankyou for the stay and all of the recommendations you gave me for restaurants. Great Place!

The property was as described. Mimi was very communicative and pleasant each time we messaged. We were very pleased with how clean the property was when we arrived. The backyard was huge and so comfortable. I wish we could have used it more but weather didn't cooperate. We were really just a short walk from the beach, ice cream, and a local coffee shop. Grocery stores and other shopping are a short drive away. Wonderful place to stay with family. Overall we recommend it!

Perfect weekend getaway

This was our first time in the St. Augustine area. We decided to check out the area to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary. It was a perfect long weekend getaway. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. The property is on a quiet street, close to the beach (if that is your thing) and about a half a block from A1A for easy access to drive to downtown old St. Augustine and all the attractions the area has to offer. We highly recommend the property and its peaceful surroundings.

Ideal beach spot

This house provides a superb location with easy beach access and it is a quick trip to historic St. Augustine. Every detail has been thought through. We were in the house for Christmas and even prepared Christmas dinner (with a bit of help from Publix) in the kitchen. We had a delightful time.
