WiFi was very difficult to use, i.e. difficult to connect. Breakfast quality was worse than for comparable hotels. Also, lack of choices. Only strawberry for yogurt and cream cheese. Not everybody likes strawberry flavoring, especially for cream cheese. Mediocre bagels, i.e.bread in the shape of donuts.

Invest in comfortable pillows

This was a 2 night stay with family. The staff were friendly and professional. The location of hotel was not difficult to navigate. It’s conveniently located near shopping area and places to eat. Breakfast was good too. Not your usual “continental” of just cereal and muffin. My only complaint is the uncomfortable feeling of the pillows in the room. I couldn’t sleep because the pillows felt like they were bulky sheets rolled in a pillowcase. I had to use my baby’s plushie pillow the next day to get some sleep.
