This clean white home is located next to Zion Canyon Hot Springs in LaVerkin, UT. (Out the front door and walk one block to the hot springs.) Very close to grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and furniture. The third bedroom has queen bed and furnishings. All bedrooms have furniture, closets, alarm clocks, sheets, pillows, blankets etc.
The second bathroom also has a full shower/bathtub.
The living room has clean new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked with toaster, coffeemaker, utensils and all of the other necessities.
We offer a garage with automatic opener to park your car and bikes.
The home has central heat/air for perfect comfort.
Enjoy our fresh peaches and pecans when in season. We love for you to eat as much as you like from our giant pioneer pecan trees and mature peach tree while relaxing in the shady back yard.

Amazing rental to stay in if you would like to explore southern Utah. Cozy house with comfortable beds and enough space for a large family. Full kitchen with all amenities and Laundry. Could not beat the location. 30 minutes from Zion. 2 1/2 hours from Valley of Fire State park Nevada and Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. House is located between La Verkin and Hurricane, so had plenty of options on dinning out or groceries stores. Would highly recommend to anyone taking a trip to Utah.

The house was lovely. Everything was clean. The kitchen had every appliance you could think of. The hosts left a notebook with places to eat near by and a list of hiking and biking trails. There were sufficient towels, blankets and pillows.

The kitchen was amazingly equipped. Very convenient to Zion park. The beds were a little on the soft side for our comfort level. It was nice using the garage for the car too. All in all it was a very comfortably place to stay.

This is a fantastic house. Loved the close vacinity to the Zion Canyon Hot Springs and Zion. We greatly enjoyed our time here. We did struggle a bit with the tv, but finally figured it out. Thanks for a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO with our family! Everything was clean, and welcoming as described in the listing. The space was perfect - comfortable beds, and plenty of room to gather.The kitchen had eveything we needed, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the common area was cozy. The home was organized and well maintained.The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth. The clear instructions and good communication made our stay stress-free.Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

This home away from home had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a terrific location. Our family enjoyed visiting small towns in the area when we weren’t hiking in Zion or soaking in the wonderful hot springs right around the corner. Highly recommend!

Great Shade

Wonderful Getaway

The house is spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for a week away. It is the perfect location, a block from the main road, with a wonderful restaurant across the main road. It was the perfect base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. Would definitely return, the owner was pleasant and helpful.

Very happy with my stay here.

Property was clean and neat. Very nice! Property manager was very communicative and answered my questions in a timely manner. They had everything we needed plus some to enjoy Zion. There was a garage for us to leave all our dirty gear. There were extra shelves in the garage that were empty for us to organize our gear. There was an extra clothes dryer for us to dry our gear while keeping the inside clothes dryer nice and free of sand. They have clearly put thought into the needs of the customer.

Nice stay at the farm

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. It’s clean, spacious & has everything we need for a comfortable stay, the backyard sitting area was nice for us to enjoy the sunset & watching all the goats run around. The house is conveniently located to Zion national park.
