The view there from the balcony is very nice. We were on the second floor and it was nice to have access to an elevator to take stuff up. It was also nice to have good access to tv stations. Thanks for a nice place to stay

Overall, this was a great place to stay as a family. It was a little more dated than we expected (there are very few lights in any of the rooms, except for the kitchen, where some rooms have only lamps controlled by a light switch). Additionally, the walkway leading to the unit had multiple holes in various states of repair and disrepair on the floor. We experienced a leak while we were there, which was not the property owner's fault, and they were very responsive to the issue. The deck and view were awesome!

Absolutely loved the view off the balcony, especially at night and during the daily afternoon and evening thunderstorms! Weve stayed at Las Palmas morethan a dozen times and this was the best view we've had!

Place is great. We just needed a place to relax and there was shade or sun by the pool to be enjoyed any time of day. The waterfall pool was our say pick and the family pool in the evenings. We only needed accommodations for 7 but it slept 12. We can’t do hotel rooms easily with our ages of children and this home atmosphere really helps us. I love being able to do a little laundry on vacation as well to make coming home easier. You don’t exactly know what room you are getting based on the booking. It is 100% different than advertised but that was no problem for us. We will absolutely stay at the Las Palmas again.

Mini Resort Getaway

We loved staying at Las Palmas for the first time. This unit is very close to the main Clubhouse. When we weren't hiking or biking, we enjoyed lots of swimming, ping pong, foosball, pool, shuffle board, and pickleball. I requested a late checkout, and they were happy to allow it!

Fitting

Stayed for spring break with my sister and her kids. 10 people total. Plenty of room. Loved the extra seating on the balcony for visiting and eating. Pools were awesome. One was too cold but that’s due to the time of year(March). I bet it’s awesome in July! Would stay here again for sure. Property is on the older side and maybe starting to show its age a little. But we are simple and easily pleased people with simple standards. We don’t need anything bougie or glamorous so this was just perfect for our family that rarely gets out
