Welcome to Southwest Basecamp, a spacious 1,812 sq ft villa featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Fully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing a serene retreat.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family rooms.

Wonderful Stay!

Very clean condo and extremely well appointed. Our family enjoyed the pickle ball and swimming pools. Golf Course was 2 minutes away. We would love to stay in this condo again soon. Thanks for the great stay!

Anniversary

It is a beautiful property and had some fun features like the game area kids and the balcony patio. Some great walking paths on the golf course. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The house itself is nice but not for someone who has trouble with stairs. Had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Happy Runners & Hikers

Amazing. We were a group of 7 moms, ranging in age from 32 to 53, there for the St. George Half Marathon & Zion National Park. The location proved to be perfect, very close to the start & not a far drive from the finish. The place itself was incredibly clean, organized, well stocked, and comfortable. The two rooms that had two beds were both queens & each had there own attached bathroom. The other room upstairs with one queen had a bathroom three steps away & the downstairs "master" bedroom was spacious. There were multiple outlets which in this day & age was super helpful. Wi-Fi worked very quickly & with all of our electronics, we had no problems. Would 100% recommend this location & hope to possibly stay there again next year!
