What housekeeping??

First impression was GREAT! It looked pretty, front desk attendant was friendly and welcoming, my room was jaw-dropping (admittedly my first time buying myself a suite) 5 night stay, front desk crew stayed 85% friendly and welcoming, breakfast was 10% over bare minimum, pool was nice, bed hurt my back. But no servicing my room. On check in, requested daily cleaning. By day 4, had to request it specifically. Got back that night to the comforter just being pulled up but bed not made, nothing cleaned or wiped down, half a stack of new towels, regular trash left full, aluminum gone from recycling but plastic pulled out and left on the counter.

Great room size. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Breakfast made getting back on the road quicker. Great location as several restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.
