The property was wonderful, the view was breathtaking. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the service was efficient. I experienced two main issues:- 1. I requested the airport shuttle for my arrival. I was told the driver would be waiting for me at the airport with sign bearing my name. The driver never showed. Another shuttle driver at the airport noticed I was there for a whole and offered me a phone call. When I got in contact with the driver named Annie, she informed me she was unaware of my pick up and then stated that maybe she didnt check her msgs and then proceed to tell me 'you can just take another taxi'. I was flabbergasted at the dismissal. The hotel was notified and they informed me that she was in fact sent the information. Nevertheless that was quite unprofessional and did not reflect well on Bay House. Maybe they would need to consider utilizing a more reliable shuttle service provider. 2. The bathroom, although clean and spacious needs to be updated. It felt more like a facility shower rather than a hotel room bathroom. It should be modelled to match the estate house esthetics. The mirror above the face sink was also inappropriate as it appeared to be a vertical mirror used horizontally so your image was skewed. The lighting was also insufficient and there were no plugs in the bathroom Another positive note, the second driver recommended by the hotel was absolutely the most efficient and accommodating. Drink option were good. Damien made me a drink as a substitute for the "Bayhouse Refresher" which wasn't available. The drink he made was excellent. Damien was extremely friendly. Ladies that worked at the front desk were also extremely friendly. The Hotel itself was beautiful, with the most spectacular views. The open layout is very inviting and lounge chairs were very comfortable as well. We spent time in the pool at night and enjoyed the changing colors of the water. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay for the 1 night we needed.. staff were friendly and the food was amazing. Our first time visiting Grenada and it would not be our last time. We had a driver her name is Kanya she’s awesome, knowledgeable, safe and provided great service to anywhere we needed to go(HIRE HER FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION NEEDS). Thanks to The Bay House staff for everything!

Bay house is a small hotel with wonderful views overlooking grand anse beach. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The chef was very accommodating and would prepare meals for your palate.

Our second stay at this hotel and I must say, it was exceptional. The staff and the co-owner went above and beyond to ensure the exam I needed to take remotely ran smoothly; offering our family a late checkout and a quiet area so i could focus. The rooms & hotel are always cleaned to a very high standard and now the kitchen and pool dining area is complete (was under construction when I last visited) there's a good selection of meals to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and being just 15ish minutes from the airport, makes the location very convenient. The views are absolutely stunning, however, i'd greatly recommend having a reliable car because the hotel is situated up a very steep hill, a walk i did once and once only. Hotel prices on the island have doubled in some areas, but i find Bay House to be very reasonable for the standard of hotel and level of attentiveness. My only one bug bare is that the bathroom in our room would greatly benefit from a refurbishment, but it wasn't the end of the world.

Beautiful hotel

Our room was cleaned every morning to a very high standard. I am quite finicky and was very pleased about this . The staff couldn’t do enough for us . They were amazing The bar was well stocked . The views from this hotel are fabulous . It was a place where we who had had a stressful time before arriving here completely relaxed.. The owner “”Lotten “” who is Swedish is very kind and lovely . Her staff adore her. The chef is amazing and produced incredibile fish dinners for us . On top of that he made one of the best pumpkin soups we have ever hed. Delicate with hints of spice. It is a place where you feel at home

We had a fabulous relaxing time at the Bay House. The hotel has amazing views over Grand Anse and is ideally located to explore the island. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and really helpful with booking things we wanted to see and do. The free daily shuttle to Grand Anse and back is ideal as the hotel is situated high above the bay hence the views. We ate in the hotel every morning for breakfast which had everything you wanted and for dinner on most occasions including the lobster twice! I would come back to the Bay House without hesitation and enjoy the unspolit spice island that is Grenada.

The Bay House completely lived up to my expectations from the day we arrived to the day we left! Great kitchen staff/excellent chefs, hospitable reception staff and they were very accommodating especially when i asked them if they provided a laundry service, they also lent me an iron to iron my tops when needed, friendly housekeeping staff came every other day to ensure our room was clean and tidy. My only issue were the constant presence of ants in the room and i observed that the pool wasn't cleaned everyday as it should be, considering people used it daily. Overall an excellent experience for my first trip to Grenada

Annie picked my husband and I up at the airport and was very timely. She even pointed out points of interest while driving to the Hotel. The front desk staff upon arrival and check-in was great. Very helpful and giving insight of the area. Even allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated after a very early flight in from Trinidad. When arriving to the room, the bed was decorated with congratulations as we were there celebrating my birthday and an early baby moon. The room was nice, small with a king sized bed The bathroom, however, was not ideal. Everything in one room with no seperation. The toilet in one corner, the sink in another, and the shower in the 3rd corner. It made showering very difficult as water went everywhere, even when using the rainfall shower head. There's no shelf or anything to place your items. I had to place everything on the edge of the sink and walk back and forth to get my items. The wifi is horrible in our room. It would cut in and out and thankfully we had an eSim or we would be in a bad spot with service. Out first night we had dinner downstairs and were 1 of 3 tables having dinner. We didn't get greeted upon arrival, but had to peek around the corner to find the server on her phone and asked if we wlcould have dinner.
