21 Carthew Court is a modern one bedroom apartment located minutes from the Tate Gallery and Porthmeor Surfing Beach in St Ives. Being only a short distance from the Town Centre and coastal path makes this the perfect base for a relaxing holiday to explore all that St Ives has to offer and being dog friendly you can bring your fluffy friend along to explore as well! There is also garaged parking for one medium sized car.
The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner features patio doors opening on to the communal gardens. Perfect to catch the last of the days sun.
The lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV with DVD player and provides a dining area with seating for four which is great for relaxed family dining.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with an integrated fridge, oven and hob and microwave. In the hallway cupboard you will also find a washing machine/tumble dryer.
The luxurious bathroom provides a large walk in shower with drencher head and a toilet and wash hand basin.
The double bedroom with super kingsize bed (which can be configured with two single beds) has a wardrobe with ample hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is a double sofa bed located in the lounge for further sleeping arrangements.

We loved our stay. The property was fine. The equipment was lovely except we would've liked a freezer as well as the fridge provided. We disliked the fact that we could only check-in at 5pm and had to leave by 10am- that's wrong. 4 coat hangers is not enough
St Ives is a wonderful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is slightly out of town but not too much walking (despite the hills!). It was especially great to have parking on site which is at a premium in St Ives.
Spacious for 2 people with lots of light and a nice view.
There was some damp on the bedroom wall which left a smell in the property. The owner had the wall cleaned and gave us a discount and a bottle of prosecco to compensate when we pointed this out. Nice welcome tea and coffee pack and would also have liked some shampoo and shower gel
A lovely location and a wonderful little apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need in a holiday home. I would highly recommend this property. 5 star.
