Located on two floors of a converted town house this loft style apartment is one of 4 in the building.
Designed for guests without personal clutter, you will enjoy a smart TV and handy USB charging ports dotted throughout the apartment. Once inside you will be greeted by a bright light space with warm oak designer flooring and lush grey carpet on the stairs. A classic style kitchen with larder fridge, kettle, oven and hob, microwave and Nescafe coffee machine. Enjoy the views as you look out to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a walk in fully tiled shower with heated towel rail and a separate WC. Upstairs the double bedroom has a solid Victorian style bed crisp linen and vintage scissor reading lights it also has its own separate dressing room. Comfortable sofas and a smart TV in the sitting room Parking is included for a small to medium sized car, parking is a premium in St Ives.
