Situated in the oldest part of town known as Downalong, Victoria Place is a quiet and traffic-free lane just metres from the harbour and Fore Street and just minutes from Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. This attractive and beautifully presented 1st and 2nd floor upstairs cottage has stunning 180-degree views over the rooftops of the Harbour, the town and the bay. The property is fully centrally heated, carpeted throughout and is a cosy retreat for summer and winter visitors alike.

First Floor

Landing with window seat and large storage cupboard.

Kitchen/dining room. New for this season a well-designed kitchen with wide work surfaces, ample storage cupboards and drawers, fridge with ice box, built-in stainless-steel oven and ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and stainless-steel sink. Dining table and 4 chairs.

Bedroom. All oak furniture including king size divan bed, double wardrobe with drawers, chest of drawers, bedroom chair and large mirrors. Lovely view down Carnglaze Place to the harbour.

Shower room. Completely refurbished fully tiled and with corner shower, WC, wash basin with storage cupboards below. Chrome heated towel rail. An illuminated wall mirror with a shaver socket.

Second Floor

Sitting room. Spacious, with panoramic views over St Ives Harbour and Bay towards Carbis Bay, Hayle and Gwithian. Two settees, one converting into a double bed, all oak furniture comprising coffee table, well stocked bookcase, small table and armchairs near large picture window, fire surround with real flame effect electric fire. TV/CD stereo, DVD player with wide selection of DVDs.
