4BR, 3BA St. James gated home with quick access to Historic Southport (7 mins) and Oak Island (10 mins). Guests also have access to the Beach Club, Pool, and Restrooms. Walk in the door to a private, coastal retreat that provides an open concept with the Great Room, Entertainment Den, Kitchen, Dining, and Sun Room within view of each other! The Sun Room leads to an outdoor patio, with dining patio set that seats 6, with a water view for a meal and relaxation after a day at the beach.

The quaint, historic town has a walkable shopping district with boutique shops, numerous cafes, amazing waterfront restaurants, and some of the best places to grab a drink, listen to live music, and catch the sunset on the water. The Waterfront Park on the Cape Fear River offers a front row seat to the best sunrises and ability to enjoy watching passing ships on their way to the Port of Wilmington.

Southport has easy ferry access to Bald Head Island and Kure Beach, which is also home to the NC Aquarium at Fort Fischer. You're only a 40 minute drive to historic Wilmington and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Myrtle Beach, SC. Step inside the front door to a welcoming Foyer that opens up to a beautiful, open concept, coastal decorated home that will put your mind at ease! From the Foyer, you'll enjoy the abundance of light that pours in from the front to back of the house and has full view of the Great Room, Entertainment Den/Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, and Sun Room. The Great Room has a large, comfortable couch, 3 cozy chairs, and a fireplace to kick back and enjoy a TV show or movie after a long day at the beach and pool. The TV is connected to an Amazon FireStick for streaming TV shows (YouTube TV), movies (Netflix) or anything else you prefer. Just off the Great Room is an Entertainment Den/Room that works great as a separate kids hangout area, which includes a large sectional couch, TV, and doors that can be closed. From the Great Room, you can step into the fully equipped Kitchen that has a large island that includes 4 stools to enjoy a drink or snack. The Kitchen also includes a pantry with ample storage for all of your groceries, an oven/stove, and large, french door refrigerator. Just off the Kitchen is a spacious Dining Area that seats 6 and has a wonderful view to the private, wonderfully landscaped backyard. Once the family has finished a delicious dinner, head out to the Sun Room through the door (off Dining Area) or accordian style slider (off Great Room) for dessert, drink, or game time. This room has 2 cozy chairs and a couch, with sliding windows that can be opened to take in those coastal breezes. If you're looking to get some additional fresh air, head outside from the Sun Room to the fenced backyard and Patio that includes a patio set (seating 6) and 2 additional adirondack chairs for taking in the water views and listening to wildlife in the distance.

When winding down for the day, you'll rest easy knowing that 3 of 4 bedrooms are on the main level, providing ease of access for all! Down the hall from the Kitchen, you'll find the private and spacious Master Bedroom, that includes a King Bed and coffered ceiling. You'll also enjoy a large Master Bathroom with tiled shower, large bathtub, and his and her closets for all your belongings. On the opposite side of the house, you'll find 2 Guest Bedrooms that are separated by a hallway and shared bathroom that includes a shower/bath tub combo. Guest Bedroom 1 provides a Queen Bed with a tranquil and beautiful water view. Guest Bedroom 2 provides two Twin Beds and is great for a kids retreat. When heading down another hallway off the Kitchen and up a set of stairs, you'll find Guest Bedroom 3, which functions as a private 2nd Master Bedroom due to it's own full bathroom and spacious layout. This room includes a Queen Bed and Desk, which is a great space for those that may work remotely and need to join a meeting or two. Wrapping up the main level, you'll also find a laundry room that leads to a 2 car, attached garage.
