Great apartment in a great location

This was our first trip to the Virgin Islands and were blown away by the views from the apartment overlooking Cruz Bay. The sunsets were spectacular. The apartment was well equipped with all our needs addressed. We would advise a rental car if not for the short walk into town but to give easier access to all the incredible beaches.

Great view!

The location was very convenient for us, especially since we had a car, near all of the major roads. The view is fantastic, and the pool area is very nice. The condo is well equipped (dishes, utensils, beach chairs, ice chest, tv & wi-fi). The management staff was responsive. Be aware that the sun (in winter) is very strong on the patio area; we used the patio in the early morning and evening, but it was too hot for the afternoon (when we used the pool area). Also, the A/C unit was broken. Staff brought a bedroom unit and fan, but the situation was less than desirable, especially with the hot sun shining into the living/dining area.

Last minute vacation

We had to change our vacation plans to St.John last minute. The property was perfect and the management was responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. We did have an issue with the AC which was fixed within hours even later in the evening.

Gorgeous views of bay and St. Thomas, clean and safe villa near Cruz Bay

The property itself was absolutely perfect - comfortable dining, sleeping and sitting areas, outside deck and super clean and safe. A little hairy to park but that's just the island. Property management company - mixed reviews. One person was very rude to us but everyone else was great when the air conditioner broke and shower got very moldy and not enough bedding linens. Otherwise, great!

The pool was a huge plus! The view is cool and it’s very close to town but it is VERY HILLY! The kitchen is well equipped but the “oven” is a toaster oven and is a little hard to use. The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable.

Cruz Views "Happy Hour" was a delight from the minute we unlocked the door. It was clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable, and lovely. The view is spectacular from the spacious deck. We even made a lil' feline friend! We would definitely stay there again!
