With massive blue ocean views from every angle and fresh Caribbean tradewinds wisping through the property, this newly renovated (late 2023) is a dream vacation home on St. John. Gaze at the amazing variation of clear ocean colors and the reefs below from the spacious pool deck or inset hot tub. Watch turtles and rays surface from the covered outdoor dining breezeway. Four air-conditioned King bedrooms with their own en-suite baths, with fresh, bright, modern and stylish design offer comfort and privacy. A full kitchen with gas stove, stainless appliances and an oversized beverage refrigerator make entertaining easy. The great room also offers a second 8-top indoor dining table and a smart frame TV with Dish network. A gas grill on the back tiled patio adds to the cooking options. Parking for multiple cars and easy access from Cruz Bay add to the appeal of this home. A short walk from the house to the rugged and stunning Monte Bay beach is a must for beachcombing or launching a kayak for a snorkel adventure.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers all of the amenities for an amazing vacation. A fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels are provided, fast WIFI throughout, air-conditioning (bedrooms only), spacious outdoor seating - both sun and shade - on cushioned teak furniture, a magical tropical garden full of orchids and other flowers, soft linens, and so much more. A full-service concierge is included in every stay to help with planning boat trips, private chefs, massage and spa services, beach and hiking guides, airport transfer and rental cars, dinner reservations, snorkel, kayak and paddle board rentals, shopping tips and provisioning services.

While this home is new to the rental market and has few reviews, we have been in the vacation rental business for over 23 years on St John, and our reviews of our other homes speak to the quality of service to our customers and care of our properties. Please note, like most homes on St John, AC is limited to Bedrooms only. Back up power is not provided unless in the case of emergencies and even then cannot be guaranteed.

Rendevouz in St. Johns

This property was exceptional and the staffing group were not only personable but made the whole experience amazing for my adult family. The four ensuite bedrooms lends very well to adult children couples with privacy afforded to everyone. The pool and spa area was very beautiful with amazing bay vistas from every room and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was stocked with propane for grilling. This is a gem of a location with two grocery stores nearby and excellent for those wanting to interact with friends or extended family who are staying at the Cruz Bay Westin property. Overall, our stay was fabulous and so very happy that we created our family memories at that location. It will be always one to remember!

The View and More

This listing was perfect for us. A very comfortable house with an amazing view and lovely outdoor space. We have been to St John many times and this home has to be one of our favorite. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need. The realty company couldn’t have been better! Would highly recommend this lovely home.
