Lovely property. Very clean, well organized and beautiful view. Loved eating breakfast on the deck looking out on Cruz Bay. Unfortunately, our days were too busy and stay was too short to take advantage of the pool. Host was very good at communicating with us and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit was perfect for our family of 5! The unit itself is great and has everything you might need to cook a meal or have a day at the beach. The beach chairs and cooler were so helpful and we used them every day. The biggest highlight is the view from the deck - it’s absolutely beautiful! The location is great, you’re just minutes from Cruz Bay but the unit feels so remote and private. A really nice touch was the chips and salsa (among other thoughtful items) waiting for us when we arrived - I have 3 boys so they were starving when we reached the unit and this was perfect! We would happily stay here again

Home away from home.

Communication and directions from the beginning was excellent . The air conditioner's worked very well. Comfortable king size bed, plenty of towels and toilet paper ,nice shower & outdoor shower, stocked kitchen utensils to cook your own meals ,clean pool.

Great location, quiet corner unit

Great location, unit was cute and clean with a great view and it was very quiet on the corner. We didn't hear any neighbors the entire time we were there. The unit is close enough to walk into town but we chose not to because it's very steep and even more importantly the roads are very narrow and I didn't feel comfortable walking with the cars on the street but we saw plenty of other people doing it. We would stay here again.

Perfect place!

We loved everything about our stay here. The views were the BEST! After taking a dip in the pool each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the patio table nestled below tops of palm trees - listening to the birds. Then we’d come back from the beach to sunset cocktails overlooking Cruz Bay. My kids loved climbing the ladder to their loft - like being in a treehouse. While the indoor space isn’t that big, it’s very well thought out - hooks and outlets everywhere you need them - and the decor is lovely and cheerful. A very easy place to stay and enjoy. We would definitely return!

A pool with a view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Space was very clean, nice cold AC, kitchen had everything we needed and the patio has a view to die for. Morning coffee watching the bay is so relaxing and so is the evening beer watching the lights on the water. The pool is a real plus. The walk up the hill can be a challenge, take your time and it's not too bad. After a few trips we could make it dolphin market in 8 minutes. Had no trouble getting taxi to pick us up or drop off. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental in St. John

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. It was the perfect size for 2 adults, would be a little snug with 4 but definitely doable. This unit has a really nice private patio that overlooks cruz bay and the ocean. Lots of beach supplies (towels, chairs, tent, games etc). Minimal toiletries so bring your own. Property is on an extremely steep hill. We’re athletic so we walked it a few times - only 10 minutes into town. Taxis are easy to come by but I highly recommend renting a jeep and do it early! They really do sell out. Host (a company) is responsive, clear and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in St. John

Excellent stay

Our stay in Cruz Views #10 was outstanding! The view was great, location was great, amenities great. When we first arrived, it was like 91º inside and I got nervous, but I think it was just because nobody had been there for a few days. After a couple of hours, the minisplits had cooled it off well, and for the rest of the trip it cooled down really fast. The only thing of note is that that loft can stay kind of hot, but to be fair, we were there during the hottest part of the year. We loved having access to the pool and being so close to town. We cooked several nights in the kitchen and it was super easy because it had all of the pots, pans, and spatulas, etc. that you would need. Overall, would absolutely stay here again and give it my highest recommendation

Lovely spot on the hill

My family of 4 stayed here for a week. The whole property is quiet, well maintained and has very nice plantings. The townhouse was very well kept, we didn’t even have those St John regulars, the sugar ants. The loft got quite warm since the unit has a full west exposure, but the AC solved that. Our only complaint was the lack of laundry facilities- I can understand not having a washer as water is an issue, but a clothes dryer would have been very helpful for wet towels after the beach. The balcony overlooking the hills and water was a wonderful spot to eat breakfast and watch birds and iguanas, and ideal to catch the sunset. The kids enjoyed the shared pool.

Loved having the greeter meet us at the ferry and get us to our rental jeep and to the condo. The location was beautiful for the scenery but due to the narrow very steep hilly roads with no sidewalks it wasn't possible to walk anywhere as described. The kitchen and space was lovely just a little small for 4 adults, not very comfortable for us all to sit in the living room together, it would be perfect for a couple. Also the bed was very creaky so turning over or getting out of bed disturbed others that were sleeping. Also,It wasn't clear until we got there and was told absolutely not to drink the tap water - a filtration system or drinking water available would have been so much nicer than having to haul up bottled water for a week. I don't mean to sound like it was all bad, it was truly lovely and well taken care of just best for a couple not a family of 4 and few adjustments.

Perfect getaway

We were greeted at the Cruz Bay car ferry which made it easy to find the property. It was the perfect size for me, wife and 13 yr old daughter who slept in the loft. If you have 3 adults or more, it may be a bit tight. We were mostly out during the day but could make our breakfast and lunches from the kitchen and enjoy the views from the deck in the morning and during sunset. The pool was cleaned often so we used it most days. Parking was plenty as we were there during the end of season. We had an issue with the internet but it was resolved the same day with good communication. We also made good use of the beach towels, beach chairs and floats provided. The only thing to consider is the hill up to the unit is steep and roads are narrow to walk so we drove into Cruz bay most nights for dinner and that required parking. In hindsight, we would have rented the jeep in st John and been able to park in Cruz bay for free from who we would rent in Cruz bay. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again and this unit.

Our stay

Great service. Great condo, coffee maker DIDNT work. Text property manager an j’s a new one in an hour. Beautiful view great price. Just out of town. Walked into town. But would def recommend having a rental car. Took 15 min to walk to the dock. All down hill. The walk back was 25 min up hill.
