Step outside to one of two covered balconies, where you will find spacious entertaining spaces including a large patio table with seating for eight, comfortable casual seating, and a gas grill, perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen is bright, open to the main living space and will have upgraded appliances and a wine refrigerator upon completion of the renovations in October 2025.

The primary bedroom offers a full-length mirror, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like experience with a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. For enhanced privacy, the primary bedroom occupies its own dedicated wing. The other two king suites offer their own privacy with access via an exterior patio, ensuring ultimate seclusion for all guests.

The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and features its own private entrance via a box staircase. This room offers a queen bed, a full en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated desk, making it ideal for remote work or added privacy.

For a truly breathtaking experience, the upper balcony, accessible from the 4th bedroom, offers an unparalleled view of the sunset. This elevated space features a high-top table, four chairs, and two chaise lounges, providing the perfect vantage point to enjoy nature's evening spectacle.

For an unforgettable dining experience, the owner highly recommends The Terrace, and for casual beach lunches stop at North Shore Deli to pack your cooler with amazing salads and sandwiches. There are so many wonderful options for fine or casual dining. The owners have been spending time on St. John for the past several years and discover new delights with each visit. She also loves to take all of her guests on a scenic hike along Ram Head Trail, followed by great snorkeling at Salt Pond beach and then lunch at Skinny Legs.
