Our stay was from 4/6/26 -4/17/26. Upon returning to our condo (Mango Mojo) on the evening of 4/12, all of the parking spaces were gone. In addition the parking spaces in the overflow lot were gone as well. As a result, I proceeded down the steep hill that led to a dead end on a dirt road. Upon backing up, I hit a tree and damaged the rear passenger door. When I made my way back to the condo, all the parking spaces were still unavailable. My son took pictures and license plates of all the vehicles and reported them to the condo manager. I had to wait about 20 minutes before the individuals that were parked illegally came out. They made light of the situation and made excuses, none of which were valid. ( Very stressful and frustrating experience) In addition, two days later, I had a similar issue with a SUV that was assigned to the condo complex that was parked halfway in the street, making it extremely difficult to get out. My wife proceeded to report this incident as well to the condo manager of which did not respond to our satisfaction. In addition, the air conditioner was programmed each night at 82 degrees. That led me to override the air conditioning each night, around 1:30am! Top it off, upon returning my SUV to Enterprise, I had to fill out a police report in reference to the accident. That led to my family almost missing my flight. Vacations supposed to be fun and stress free. The second week of our vacation was neither!! Not happy, Joe
